South Park will host nationally recognized blues guitarist Michael Locke on
Saturday, August 2, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Locke's band, The Repeat
Offenders, will join him for an evening of R&B under the stars.
September 27 marks the return of the annual South Park
Jazz Festival. Ron Gable of The Jazz Advocate has booked a full day of
jazz in the park, with both local and national artists. Details will be
announced at a later date.
Bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnic baskets.
Performances will be held at the gazebo located near the intersection of
Wayne Avenue and Park Drive, just southeast of downtown Dayton. For further
